• In brew temperature control mode, the machine automatically regulates brewing temperatures without requiring flushes or guesswork.

• In standard mode, the flush advisor guides you through a quick cooling flush to reach the ideal brew temperature.

At its core is the ECM-customized E61 grouphead, engineered for durability and consistently excellent extraction. A PID controller with smart features—like adjustable pre-infusion—adds precision and versatility to your workflow. Meanwhile, the quiet rotary pump makes brewing smooth and serene, without sacrificing power.

The Mechanika Max adapts easily to your setup with the option to use its 3 L water tank or connect directly to a water line. Professional steam and hot water lever valves, paired with its 1.9 L stainless steel heat-exchange boiler, deliver exceptional steaming capacity.
