Norse Cold Espresso Concentrate is a ready-to-use espresso concentrate in a 1-litre bottle. Just dilute it to make cold brew, iced lattes or espresso cocktails, all with consistent results from one cup to the next.
How to Use
- Cold brew: 1 part concentrate to 8 parts cold water (for example, 1 oz concentrate + 8 oz water). This gives a TDS of about 1.2, the strength of a classic cold brew. Adjust to taste.
- Iced latte: replace the water with milk, 1 part concentrate to 8 parts milk.
- Cocktails: use 1 oz of concentrate straight, wherever the recipe calls for a double espresso.
