What if I see coffee residue or particles in the cup?
Rinse the brew group and remove loose coffee residue from the brew-group area. Grind setting and overdue cleaning can also contribute.
Do I still need to descale if I use AquaClean?
Yes, eventually. AquaClean can significantly extend the interval between descaling cycles when activated and replaced correctly, but it does not eliminate descaling forever.
